Your evening map
SPF is the deal-maker.
Every morning, always last. Your brightening work depends on it.
Calm skin fades better.
Burning, soreness or heavy peeling means pause actives and recover.
Consistency beats intensity.
Give the locked routine 12–16 weeks before changing the plan.

Application cheat sheet
Does applying upward lift the face?
No. Direction does not make an active work better or permanently lift facial tissue. Gentle upward/outward movements simply reduce unnecessary dragging. Results depend much more on the correct amount, even coverage, consistency, low irritation and daily SPF.

16-week consistency check
Tap a week after your Sunday check-in. Take a simple photo in the same light every four weeks.
New to tretinoin? Begin with Monday and Thursday only for the first two weeks. Add the other planned nights only if your skin stays comfortable.
