Suefa Jerk Centre began with a simple dream shared by husband-and-wife team Judith & Dameon: to bring the warmth of Caribbean home cooking to the streets of Leeds. Every recipe carries a story — lovingly passed down through generations, tested with patience, and perfected with love — from our Sunday-best Curry Goat to the Ackee & Saltfish that wraps our customers in the comfort of family kitchens back home.
We season everything from scratch, take our time over every pot, and serve each plate as though it's going to our own family's table — because to us, it is. Fresh food, made with heart, every single day.
